We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Specialist with extensive experience in SEM to manage and enhance our paid digital presence, lead quality, media buying, and overall marketing performance across paid search channels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for co-planning and executing Google Paid Search campaigns, integrating website forms with Bitrix24 CRM, monitoring lead quality within Bitrix24, and optimizing campaign performance to drive high-quality leads and conversions through Google Ads.
Responsibilities:
SEM & Display Ads
· Manage a multimillion-dirham annual budget to maximize ROI and lead generation across paid channels
· Develop and execute new and current paid search campaigns in Google Ads to drive qualified leads and maximize the overall ROI
· Monitor and optimize performance on paid search campaigns, display ads, and retargeting ads to improve conversion rates and reduce cost-per-lead
· Monitor lead quality and make data-driven decisions to improve lead qualification and conversion
· Analyze performance metrics & KPIs and adjust bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative assets as needed for ongoing optimization
· Integrate website forms with Bitrix24 CRM to automatically capture leads into the appropriate campaigns or projects within the CRM
· Regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on performance
CRM & Automation
· Ensure accurate data capture and segmentation within the CRM to support personalized marketing efforts and performance reporting
· Collaborate with web developers to ensure proper API usage, error handling, and secure data transfer between platforms and the CRM system
· Set up and maintain automated workflows that trigger based on user actions, campaign responses, or form submissions to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency
WhatsApp & Email campaigns
· Co-plan and execute targeted WhatsApp and email campaigns to selected segmented audience as required
· Export and validate CRM audience data for integration with third-party platforms to execute targeted and personalized WhatsApp and email campaigns
· Create and assess A/B test messaging strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and campaign ROI.
SEO
· Support the development of content marketing strategies to produce relevant and engaging content for the website and the blog
· Work closely with agencies and SEO specialists to improve website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic
· Work closely with agencies and SEO specialists to improve website performance and support in researching relevant keywords and strategic directions for effective SEO.
Required Skills & Experience
· Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEM and performance marketing
· Experience with Bitrix24 CRM, including form integrations and automation setup
· Proficiency in Zapier and other automation tools for connecting apps, streamlining workflows, and managing marketing triggers
· Extensive experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) with a focus on lead generation and ROI
· Skilled in Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) for building smart dashboards and visualizing marketing performance metrics
· Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
· Experience with Google Tag Manager and code tracking implementations
· Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and collaboration with SEO specialists and content teams
· Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
· Excellent project management and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
· Familiarity with Mailchimp email software and WhatsApp marketing platforms and campaign execution best practices
· Solid knowledge of Meta Business Manager for managing Facebook and Instagram paid campaigns.
· Strong understanding of AI tools and a tech-savvy mindset for adopting and implementing new marketing and ai-relevant technologies
