We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Media Buyer with strong expertise in the UAE digital market, including platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other performance-driven channels relevant to the GCC region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for co-planning and managing digital campaigns, assisting with content strategies, monitoring quality on the CRM, and optimizing performance to generate high-quality leads and conversions for the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across major UAE advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, X) and other paid channels to drive qualified leads and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and optimize PPC campaigns to improve conversion rates and reduce cost-per-lead within the UAE market.
  • Analyze performance metrics & KPIs, adjusting bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative assets for continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure seamless lead nurturing and alignment with business goals.
  • Provide weekly and monthly dashboard reports on campaign performance.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads is a strong advantage.

Content Marketing & Social Media

  • Work closely with the creative design team to develop high-quality visuals and written content aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Support in developing engaging digital content, enhancing landing page UX, and crafting social media strategies to generate quality leads.
  • Monitor and analyze social media engagement and audience sentiment, ensuring content resonates with UAE and GCC audiences.
  • Stay updated with UAE digital market trends, platform algorithms, and industry best practices to refine content and performance strategies.

CRM, Marketing Automation, Email & WhatsApp Marketing

  • Ensure smooth CRM integration with all marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze customer journey insights and lead behavior to personalize marketing efforts.
  • Assist in implementing email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, automated workflows, and retargeting activities to nurture leads and boost conversions.
  • Experience with Bitrix24 CRM is a major plus.

Data Science, Analytics & Performance Dashboards

  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track key metrics such as leads, conversion rates, audience behavior, and ad performance.
  • Implement A/B testing for campaigns, creatives, and emails to improve conversion rates.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to guide marketing decisions and investment strategies.
  • Identify trends, customer behaviors, and emerging opportunities using predictive analytics and advanced visualization tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in media buying with strong knowledge of UAE/GCC digital platforms and performance marketing.
  • Proven ability to execute high-performing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Real estate industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools and data-driven strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation, and performance dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
