About the Role

We are hiring a creative, experienced, and highly organized Social Media Manager to handle the digital presence of our F&B restaurant group in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all online communication, content planning, brand engagement, and digital growth across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Build monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives
• Create engaging reels, videos, photos, stories, and campaign creatives
• Manage customer engagement: comments, messages, reviews
• Monitor brand consistency and ensure campaigns follow social media community standards
• Track analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Work closely with the marketing and creative team for promotions and campaigns
• Stay updated with F&B trends, platform updates, and content innovations

Skills & Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager (preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail)
• Strong content creation skills: reels, videos, product shots
• Proficiency in Canva (Photoshop or Premiere Pro is an added advantage)
• Good communication skills and creativity
• Understanding of social media insights, trends, and engagement strategies
• Ability to manage multiple brands/platforms
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
