This role focuses on driving measurable customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth by achieving aggressive targets for key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROAS, CPA, and LTV.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution

  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across a range of digital channels, including:
  • Paid Search (SEM): Google Ads, Bing Ads.
  • Paid Social: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube.
  • Display & Programmatic: Retargeting, banner ads, and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).
  • Affiliate/Partner Marketing: Managing partner relationships and performance.
  • Budget Management: Own and efficiently manage the performance marketing budget, allocating spend across channels, adjusting bids, and optimizing pacing to meet or exceed ROI and CPA targets.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Design and implement a continuous 'test-and-learn' framework for ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies to maximize conversion rates (CRO) and overall campaign efficiency.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on key campaign performance metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CVR, Impression Share) on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Attribution & Insights: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, CRM data) to evaluate end-to-end customer journeys and provide actionable insights to senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Forecasting: Develop and manage performance forecasts and goals for acquisition, clearly defining expected outcomes and the resources required to achieve them.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Creative Coordination: Work closely with Creative and Content teams to define testing needs, brief ad creative, and ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Technical Setup: Partner with Product/Engineering teams to ensure accurate tracking, event tagging, and attribution models are properly implemented for all digital campaigns.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates (e.g., changes to Meta's algorithms or Google's PMAX), and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid media campaigns with substantial budgets.
  • Technical Expertise (Must-Haves):
  • Deep operational expertise in major ad platforms: Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and setting up conversion tracking/attribution.
  • Exceptional skills in data analysis and visualization using Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to turn complex data and financial metrics into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate campaign performance and strategy to non-marketing stakeholders.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platform certifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
