Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Digital Marketing Lead to steer our online marketing strategies and lead a team responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to execution excellence.
  • Oversee campaigns across channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Manage budgets and optimize spend based on analytics and ROI.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to inform stakeholders and guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and creative to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
  • Stay abreast with digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies to keep Talent-360.me competitive.

Requirements Summary

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective digital campaigns with measurable results.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • Passion for digital trends and continuous learning.
