Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with 7–9 years of experience in the IT, software development, or AI-driven industry. The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of digital marketing initiatives, including digital asset management, multi-channel campaign execution, performance analytics, and high-quality lead generation. This role is critical in positioning the organization as a trusted technology and AI solutions provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the company’s digital assets, including the website, landing pages, and overall UI/UX performance.
- Create, update, and optimize portfolios, case studies, pitch decks, and company capability presentations.
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Develop and implement long-term content strategies for blogs, social media, case studies, and thought leadership.
- Set up and manage marketing automation workflows and CRM pipelines using tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, CPL, lead quality, and ROI on ad spend.
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research within the IT, SaaS, and AI domains.
- Manage and optimize company profiles on platforms like Clutch, GoodFirms, and DesignRush, including review-generation initiatives.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with design and development agencies through email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
- Create and optimize high-conversion landing pages using CRO techniques and A/B testing.
- Strengthen the company’s positioning as an AI-driven solutions provider through consistent branding, messaging, and campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5–9 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (experience in IT, SaaS, or AI companies preferred).
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proven experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp.
- Solid understanding of email marketing strategies, segmentation, and lead-nurturing workflows.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, insights generation, and performance optimization.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their relevance to modern digital marketing.
Good to Have:
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
