Digital Program Manager (Web & Marketing Ops) _ Experience Required: _9 Years
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (Work From Office)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and own the digital release calendar, ensuring clear timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder visibility.
- Coordinate end-to-end digital workflows including content creation, SEO, dev, QA, tracking setup, and campaign alignment.
- Act as the single point of accountability for timely and error-free web and campaign launches.
- Conduct pre-launch QA using tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and PageSpeed Insights.
- Ensure all digital assets meet SEO, mobile, and accessibility standards before release.
- Monitor website uptime, page load speed, and technical health post-launch.
- Lead weekly syncs across content, SEO, development, analytics, and media teams.
- Serve as the central communication hub and escalation point for project blockers.
- Maintain detailed release documentation, SOPs, and standardized checklists.
- Run post-launch retrospectives to identify gaps and optimize future workflows.
- Track site performance analytics and implement improvements from learnings.
- Ensure alignment and visibility of the digital roadmap with marketing and product teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Release Timeliness: % of website releases delivered on schedule.
- Website Health: Uptime, page speed, and SEO error rate.
- User Engagement: Bounce rate, session duration, and total page views.
- Conversion Metrics: Form submissions, downloads, and demo requests.
- Roadmap Execution: % of roadmap items completed as planned.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Satisfaction score or qualitative feedback post-launch.
- Issue Resolution: Average time to resolve bugs or site issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Required Skills & Experience:
- 9 +years of experience in digital program management, project management, or web operations
- Solid knowledge of SEO, analytics tracking (GA4, GTM), UTM tagging, and CMS workflows
- Proficiency with SEMrush, Google PageSpeed, Search Console, and QA auditing tools
- Familiarity with project tools like Asana, Jira, Notion, or Trello
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to align cross-functional teams
- Organized, proactive, and focused on continuous process improvement

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
