Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies and a proven track record of driving online engagement and conversions. This role requires expertise in SEO, social media marketing, and performance analytics, as well as proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services while enhancing our brand presence online.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.
  • Utilize SEO tools to optimize website content for search engines, improving organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation and enhance conversion optimization.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Create engaging content for blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee Google Ads and SEM campaigns to maximize ROI through targeted advertising strategies.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to develop visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline email marketing efforts and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing and e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research, conversion optimization, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of social media management strategies and platforms including Facebook Advertising.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is preferred.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $81,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
