Digital Marketing Manager

India

  • We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital campaigns for our growing D2C e-commerce business. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing E-commerce as the key business driver, with expertise in Facebook Ads and Google Ads for high-scale growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Facebook Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • E-commerce Growth: Drive online sales and revenue growth with data-driven strategies focused on ROAS, CAC, and LTV metrics.
  • Campaign Strategy: Build and implement SEM campaigns aligned with the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Tools & Platforms: Hands-on working proficiency with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Merchant Center, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Funnel Optimization: Understand and optimize the full e-commerce funnel – from impressions to clicks, add-to-cart, checkout, and purchase.
  • Audience Building: Create and refine custom and lookalike audiences based on user journey and website events.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Set up and monitor key conversion events using Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Reporting: Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and deliver actionable insights for scaling campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing for D2C brands (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue through paid campaigns on Facebook & Google.
  • Strong knowledge of E-commerce performance metrics and funnel-based marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Merchant Center, Facebook Ads Manager, and GTM.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in A/B testing, attribution, and conversion optimization.
  • Ability to manage budgets efficiently and deliver high ROI.

Good to Have

  • Experience in influencer-driven performance campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
