Digital Marketing Manager

Experience: 5+ years (Agency + EdTech)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email, and Social Media).
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns with proven success in handling budgets over ₹10 lakh, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to generate leads, improve conversions, and increase brand visibility.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other team to create high-impact marketing creatives and strategies.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Drive organic growth strategies through SEO, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
  • Manage marketing automation tools and CRM integrations for effective funnel management.
  • Build and mentor a digital marketing team to achieve business goals.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and Analytics.
  • Proven track record in managing high-budget campaigns (₹10 lakh+) with measurable results.
  • Experience working in agency setups and EdTech domain.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, and automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation and reporting skills.
  • Creative thinking with problem-solving ability and a performance-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
