About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive who possesses expertise in website design, graphic design, SEO, and the full spectrum of digital marketing. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and passionate about growing brands online through strategic campaigns and engaging content.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing:
- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies across all platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (PPC, Social Media Ads, Display, Retargeting)
- Track and analyze KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
- Email marketing: design campaigns, create newsletters, and manage mailing lists
- Social media marketing: content planning, posting, and engagement
Website Design & Management:
- Design, build, and maintain responsive websites using platforms like WordPress, Wix, or custom HTML/CSS
- Update and manage website content regularly
- Ensure website SEO, speed optimization, and mobile-friendliness
- Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues
Graphic Design:
- Design high-quality graphics for social media, ads, email campaigns, landing pages, brochures, and presentations
- Create branding materials (logos, banners, infographics, etc.)
- Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, etc.
SEO & Content Marketing:
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis
- On-page and off-page SEO optimization
- Develop SEO-friendly content for blogs, landing pages, and social media
- Build backlinks and improve domain authority
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Manage CRM and lead generation tools (optional)
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, web design, and graphic design
- Proficiency in tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
- Video editing skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices

Pay: ₹17,249.58 - ₹65,269.26 per month
