The role (80/20)
Make growth and marketing measurable and predictable—own the data, dashboards, and experiments that raise CVR, LTV, and profit.

Key outcomes (first 90–180 days)

  • Trusted data: Clean GA4 + server‑side tracking + pixels + events; single metrics dictionary (CAC, LTV, payback, contribution).
  • Dashboards used weekly: cohorts, funnels, channel ROAS, CVR by step, AOV, repeats, NPS, returns (for a Weekly Business Review).
  • CVR +0.5–1.0 pp via CRO (LPs, PDPs, checkout, personalization).
  • Blended CAC ↓ 15–20%, 90‑day CLV ↑ 10–15% while keeping contribution margin within guardrails.
  • 12–20 tests/quarter and incrementality in place (geo‑lift/holdouts; pragmatic MMM/triangulation).

What you’ll do

  • Own instrumentation, dashboards, OKRs, and the WBR cadence.
  • Lead CRO: research → hypotheses → A/B tests; partner with Content & Tech.
  • Define budget guardrails (payback windows, CAC caps, ROAS floors); reallocate based on evidence.
  • Build a small Performance Ops pod (analytics + CRO + media ops); uplevel agency output.

Must‑haves

  • Hands‑on D2C analytics + CRO (not just reporting): GA4, server‑side tagging, A/B testing, funnel analysis.
  • Strong with cohorts, LTV/CAC, payback, contribution margin; comfort with incrementality/MMM.
  • Tooling fluency: Shopify, GA4, Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets; SQL/Looker a plus.

Compensation & benefits

  • Full‑time base: AED 14,000–18,000
  • Visa, health insurance, annual leave per UAE law.
