POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall marketing and communication strategy and tactics. Manages all aspects of Artemax’s portfolio of brands marketing campaigns designed to support the growth and profitability of the organization in addition to leading a dynamic marketing team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Architect the annual marketing plans for each brand including marketing channel, implementation timeline and resources needed.
- Execute the implementation of the brands marketing plans - including campaigns, digital marketing, email, social and PR.
- Partner with sales and management team to define marketing materials and programs.
- Develop tactical execution for new products.
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and industry trends and leverage insights into actionable strategies.
- Effectively communicate marketing campaign performance metrics with executive management team.
- Manage and optimize organic search, content marketing, email marketing social media and alternative digital channels.
- Work closely with ecommerce subject matter experts to drive online sales through PPC optimizations, technical SEO and CRO enhancements.
- Work alongside the Amazon team to drive sales through optimized product listings, content and brand store development.
- Partner with IT team on technical operations of the business – ERP, CRM, and data management.
- Partner with Creative team on the development of all branded materials and collateral, web images, email graphics, display ads, and the overall brand story of each brand.
- Work closely with Sales team to align sales and marketing strategies; enabling them to meet their objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
- Manage relationships with third party vendors, suppliers and partners.
- Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly and manage the marketing budget and expenditures.
