Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Full-Stack Digital Marketer who can own the end-to-end customer acquisition funnel — from driving qualified traffic to optimizing conversions on our website and landing pages. This role is ideal for a data-driven, growth-minded marketer who thrives at the intersection of paid ads, analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

You’ll be responsible for both bringing visitors in and turning them into customers, working hands-on across paid channels, website optimization, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Growth
  • Develop, execute, and optimize full-funnel marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Define KPIs and build dashboards to track acquisition and conversion performance.
  • Traffic Acquisition
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Continuously A/B test creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Conversion Optimization (CRO)
  • Audit and optimize website/landing pages for usability, speed, and conversion.
  • Design and run A/B and multivariate tests (using tools like VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize alternatives).
  • Collaborate with design/dev resources to implement conversion-focused improvements.
  • Analytics & Tracking
  • Set up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, and pixel integrations across platforms.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to improve performance across channels.
  • Automation & Retention
  • Build and optimize email/SMS nurturing campaigns (HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Implement remarketing strategies to recapture and convert site visitors.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to both paid media and CRO.
  • Proven track record managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing and website optimization best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and attribution models.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one marketing automation tool.
  • Comfortable with light creative tasks (ad copy, landing page mockups, basic design tools).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with SEO and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Heap.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for quick landing page adjustments.
  • Experience working with e-commerce or SaaS funnels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
