Role Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to lead campaigns for our clients.

This is a full-time on-site role in Cairo where you will be assigned specific projects, client accounts, and ad budgets with clear income and performance targets.

Responsibilities include:

Managing and optimizing paid ads campaigns for assigned projects/clients.

Handling media budgets and ensuring maximum ROI.

Creating and executing lead generation strategies to achieve income targets.

Preparing performance reports for clients and internal teams.

Collaborating with creative, content, and sales teams to deliver client success.

Staying up to date with AI-driven tools and digital marketing innovations.

Qualifications

3–5 years of proven experience in Paid Ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to manage ad budgets and hit income targets.

Strong understanding of digital funnels, lead generation, and ROI optimization.

Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and campaign tracking.

Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience using AI-powered marketing tools is a plus.
