Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our digital presence. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and our website, ensuring brand consistency and driving measurable results. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on digital marketer and a strategic thinker, with a proven track record of growing engagement, leads, and conversions in healthcare or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with organizational goals.

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, retargeting) to maximize ROI and lead generation.

  • Oversee and execute organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Track and measure digital performance against KPIs (impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per lead).


Website Management & Optimization

  • Manage website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand messaging .

  • Implement SEO best practices (meta tags, keywords, backlinks, site speed).

  • Collaborate with web developers/designers as needed to improve UX/UI and enhance conversion funnels.

  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.) to measure site performance and guide decisions.


Content & Branding

  • Create, curate, and manage content across digital platforms to ensure consistent brand voice.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop blog posts, landing pages, graphics, and campaign materials.

  • Ensure messaging is compliant, professional, and resonates with target audiences.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Regularly report on campaign performance, website traffic, and ROI across all platforms.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership.


Leadership & Collaboration

  • Coordinate with business development and clinical teams to align digital marketing with referral growth initiatives.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and digital best practices.

  • Manage external vendors or freelancers as needed for design, content, or technical support.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, Google Ads, and website management.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, and digital advertising best practices.

  • Proven ability to grow engagement, drive leads, and improve conversions.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Creative mindset

  • Experience in healthcare or a regulated industry is a plus.
