Digital Marketing Manager

WhatsApp Bot Management

  • Handle customer service bot 24x7 (handover when absent; up to 5 users).
  • Manage multiple departments via single dashboard & team inbox.
  • Integrate with Google Sheets, CRM & other software.
  • Manage fund allocation, lead assignment, and ensure lead response within 30 mins (7 AM–6 PM).
  • Automate: lab results, clinic & dental bookings, pharmacy sales.
  • Run bulk WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
  • Enable chatbot integration with website & social media.
  • Maintain user communication cycle.

Digital & Social Media Management

  • Handle Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, YouTube pages.
  • Manage website and Google Ads (with external support).
  • Custodian of all digital credentials/assets.
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and plan content calendar (special/seasonal posts).
  • Ensure 15 creatives monthly (10 ads + 5 posts + special days), 4 videos, and explainer/animation videos (external support).

Performance & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly digital performance reports (ads/posts: impressions, reach, clicks, leads, cost).
  • Monitor ad saturation, optimize campaigns, and ensure digital business/follower targets.
  • Implement digital strategies for Middle East & Maldives audience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
