Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Reporting To: Ms. Shriya Nagi

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing professional to oversee the end-to-end execution of client and internal brand marketing initiatives. The role involves strategic planning, quality control, team training, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be able to balance creativity with execution while ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality marketing outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Tasks

  • Oversee quality control, approval, and timely execution of all client marketing deliverables.
  • Train and guide team members on adherence to established SOPs.
  • Plan and manage monthly client calendars in collaboration with the team.
  • Support the design team with inputs and approvals as required.

Overall KRA

  • Plan, research, and execute marketing activities for internal brands.
  • Contribute to Business Development initiatives by supporting proposals and pitches.
  • Research, draft, and implement POAs and strategic marketing proposals for new client accounts.
  • Manage vendor coordination to ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • Website Management & Maintenance
  • SEO (On-page & Off-page Optimization)
  • Copywriting & Content Development
  • Performance Marketing (Paid Media & Campaign Optimization)
  • Social Media Management (Strategy, Content, Engagement)
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Calendar Planning (Content & Campaign Scheduling)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Performance Marketing (desirable).

Experience

  • 5–6 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing client accounts and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools, performance marketing platforms, and analytics dashboards.
  • Prior experience in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Preferred by Marketing Agency
