We also partner with Aramm Legal, a UK-based law firm helping clients with legal services.
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing initiatives end-to-end — from brand strategy to digital campaigns, and from lead generation to customer conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Build and execute global marketing strategies for SaaS, mobile apps, and legal services.
- Define clear KPIs (leads, conversions, downloads, ROI) and manage marketing budgets effectively.
- Digital Marketing & International Campaigns
- Plan and run international campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Focus on UK & global markets for SaaS products and apps.
- Oversee SEO/ASO for websites and apps; manage analytics (Google Analytics, GTM, Firebase, etc.).
- Team Leadership
- Lead and guide the multimedia team (designers, video editors) to create engaging creatives and ads.
- Supervise the telecalling team for lead follow-up, nurturing, and conversions.
- Content & Branding
- Build strong brand positioning for each product and the law firm.
- Oversee social media presence, blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Lead Generation & Conversion
- Drive qualified leads for B2B products (ESMACS, Eposdeck).
- Increase app installs and active users for TimeSeel and MoneySeel.
- Generate consultation leads for Aramm Legal through UK-focused campaigns.
- Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor marketing KPIs, analyze ROI, and optimize campaigns.
- Present performance reports and recommendations to management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Lead.
- International marketing experience — preferably UK, EU, or global campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO, ASO, content strategy.
- Experience in managing teams (design/multimedia + telecalling).
- Solid understanding of lead generation funnels for both B2B & B2C products.
- Must have no career gaps and a track record of delivering measurable marketing results.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing tech products / SaaS / mobile apps internationally.
- Exposure to UK legal or service-based industries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation.
