Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote the organization’s brand, products, and services. The role involves overseeing digital campaigns, analyzing web traffic metrics, and ensuring strong online presence across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Plan and manage online campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Optimize SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and website content.
- Track, analyze, and report performance of all digital campaigns (using Google Analytics, etc.).
- Manage the company’s online reputation and digital presence.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and developers to produce high-quality digital content.
- Identify new trends and technologies in digital marketing and recommend improvements.
- Oversee and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns.
- Generate leads and drive online traffic and engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in digital marketing or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with strong communication and leadership abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree or digital marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
