DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Location: Georgetown, Texas
Job Type: Permanent
Compensation Range: $90,000 - 110,000 per year

We are seeking a high-impact, results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team!

You will be a key contributor in developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies to significantly drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role requires a blend of strategic direction and hands-on management across our core digital channels, including web development, SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing.

We're looking for an analytical "A-player" with a strong growth mindset who is passionate about revolutionizing the customer digital journey. You will continuously monitor campaign performance, optimize the user experience across all digital properties, and collaborate across internal teams to ensure all digital initiatives are fully aligned with overarching business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy and Execution: Execute the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across all channels to meet goals for brand visibility, pipeline generation, and customer engagement.
• Website Management: Oversee corporate websites, focusing on SEO, SEM, and overall optimization to improve user experience and enhance key audience interaction with products and services.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and manage reporting and analytics across platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, social media, Yotpo). Provide actionable, data-driven insights to improve ROI and optimize customer journeys.
• Paid Media Optimization: Manage and optimize paid digital media campaigns, including planning, execution, budget oversight, and conversion tracking, in partnership with a digital media agency.
• Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams to align digital strategies with go-to-market plans and sales enablement efforts.
• Growth Initiatives: Identify and implement growth opportunities through audience segmentation, A/B testing, keyword analysis, and competitive research.
• Market Awareness: Benchmark performance against competitors and stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously evolve the company's digital presence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of proven experience collaborating on and executing digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in managing and optimizing various digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM).
• Demonstrated experience with A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is preferred.

Skills & Success Factors

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
• A solid understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research.
• Proven ability to work independently while being a strong, collaborative team member.
