Job Summary:

We’re seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to enhance our online presence across all channels. Specializing in organic social media marketing, reputation management, and content creation, you’ll drive audience engagement and brand growth. If you’re a strategic, proactive thinker with hands-on experience in organic & paid marketing strategies, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for delivering measurable results, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee online presence across all channels, including websites, landing pages, blogs, and social media.
• Develop and implement organic social media and reputation management strategies.
• Create compelling content to drive audience growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns.
• Generate Marketing material (brochures, PDFs, proposals, etc.)
• Manage reviews, community engagement, inquiries, and foster customer loyalty.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.
• Execute opt-in email marketing campaigns.
• Support lead generation with strong knowledge of paid marketing channels.
• Utilize outreach lead generation channels (e.g., LinkedIn, cold email) as a plus.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2 – 3+ years of experience in organic social media marketing and reputation management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and content creation skills.
• Proficient with platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Trustpilot, Site Jabber, and Glassdoor.
• Proactive, creative, and adaptable mindset.
• Knowledge of paid marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Familiarity with cold outreach channels is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
