Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
- SEO and SEM: Manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- PPC Campaigns: Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance tracking.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with overall business goals.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-4years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
