- Minimum 3+ years of Experience in Digital Marketing Specialist
- Launch, monitor, and continuously optimize campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Team handling Experience
- Coordinate with design and content teams to produce high-converting creatives and landing pages.
- Strategy & Budget
- Build an integrated digital strategy spanning SEO, SEM, paid social, email, content, and display, tied to clear KPIs and ROI targets.
- Manage the annual digital marketing budget, reallocating spend based on performance insights.
- Campaign Management
- Own marketing automation workflows, A/B tests, and conversion-rate optimization initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Instrument and analyze the full customer journey in GA4 and the CRM.
- Deliver weekly/monthly dashboards that translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Team Leadership
- Mentor a cross-functional team of digital marketers and external vendors; set goals, track performance, and foster a culture of experimentation.
- Brand & Content Governance
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Maintain an editorial calendar that aligns content with audience needs and funnel stages.
- Innovation & Trend Monitoring
- Evaluate emerging tools (AI content, new ad formats, analytics platforms) and drive adoption where they create competitive advantage.
