Marketing Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with expertise in SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, User Research, Wireframing & Prototyping, UI/UX Design, and Usability Testing. This role requires a blend of marketing strategy and design thinking to enhance digital presence, optimize user experience, and drive engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies to increase organic and paid traffic.
Manage and optimize SMM (Social Media Marketing) campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Oversee content marketing efforts, including strategy development, content creation, and distribution. Conduct user research to understand customer behaviors, pain points, and preferences.
Create and refine wireframes and prototypes to enhance digital user experiences.
Design and improve UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) elements for websites, apps, and digital platforms.
Conduct usability testing to evaluate product effectiveness and enhance user satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and content creators to ensure a seamless digital experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in SEO, SEM, SMM, and content marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
Proficiency in user research methodologies and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
Expertise in UI design principles to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Strong understanding of UX design, usability testing, and user behavior analysis.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and refine marketing strategies.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Previous experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications, Design, or a related field.
Additional certifications in SEO, UI/UX Design, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing are an advantage.
