At SecureAuth, we are an Identity and Access management company with the mission to deliver the most secure and flexible authentication experience for workforce and customer identities to organizations around the world. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager that will play a critical role with a balance of core responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
-
Experience with Digital Marketing Campaign Strategy & Execution, SEO/SEM, organic traffic, paid ads, Content Marketing, Marketing Automation, and AI.
-
Plan, manage, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns from beginning to end. Identify milestones, key deadlines, budgets, and dependencies to ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
-
Develop, manage, and optimize SEO, SEM, email, social ads, and content campaigns.
-
Content Marketing. Create impactful content for use on our website to appeal to visitors and encourage conversion.
-
Search Strategy. Develop the search plan for both organic and paid traffic. You know how to do organic search – and of course we’d love that to be all that we need. But you also know that a solid paid ads strategy will help drive more. So, let’s do both. And let’s make sure you know how to do both.
-
Build emails, landing pages, social ads, campaign sequences, and everything that goes into the digital plan.
-
Create lead-nurturing workflows that drive results through every stage of the funnel. We use Marketo, 6Sense, Salesforce, and a few others.
-
AI Tools. Use AI tools to streamline your work and make campaigns more effective (because smart marketers know AI is a tool, not a shortcut).
-
Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to ensure that marketing-generated leads aren’t just fluff. They’re real prospects who can convert.
-
Get it right. Think really hard about what is going to make every campaign better. Then, implement that in the next campaign. We may not get it perfect the first time, but we can always improve. We can always be better. Always.
-
Measure, analyze, and report on lead generation, conversion to sales pipeline, and target account penetration on a regular basis as well as impact of efforts on marketing pipeline attribution. This means you take your results very seriously. You want to know every step of the way that what you’re doing is making a difference.
Job Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
-
Strong hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and content platforms like Adobe products.
-
Experience: 4-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (bonus points for cybersecurity).
-
A passion for collaborative teamwork: you play well with others and can work independently.
-
Positive energy: and a can-do attitude—you like fast-moving environments with lots of opportunity.
-
Creative and analytical: you know how to make great marketing decisions and measure what matters.
-
Exceptional communication skills: You’re kind of a grammar snob (but you keep it under wraps).
-
Optimization: You know what works, what doesn’t, and what to do next—you’re always one step ahead.
-
Content Creation: Writing and design skills to create engaging content across numerous platforms (social, website, print, etc.) that would compel a prospect to engage with SecureAuth.
-
Research: Ability interview members from cross-functional teams to gain insight and information required to create marketing content and campaigns or sales and marketing processes or reference materials.
-
Business Acumen: Ability to learn and develop an understanding of business models, organizational power structures, competitive dynamics, and how to navigate teams and organizations to gain support and insights as required for assigned projects.
-
Problem-Solving Orientation: Adept at identifying problems in content and processes and researching potential solutions to address them.
-
Dynamic Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach to adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
-
Relationship Management: Skilled at building and maintaining long-term working relationships, fostering trust and loyalty among team members and decision-makers.
-
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams e.g. marketing, product mgmt., customer success, to drive cohesive go-to-market efforts.
