The Head of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across all online channels. This leadership role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical ability, and team management skills to optimize the company’s digital presence and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals.

Oversee digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, display, and affiliate marketing).

Establish KPIs, track ROI, and ensure data-driven decision-making for all digital initiatives.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and expand the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Sales, Product, IT, and Analytics) to ensure unified marketing efforts.

Performance Marketing

Manage performance-based campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) for lead generation and conversions.

Optimize budgets and bidding strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Content & Brand Management

Oversee digital content strategy, ensuring consistent brand voice across platforms.

Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging multimedia materials that enhance audience engagement.

SEO & Website Optimization

Drive organic growth through SEO best practices and website UX optimization.

Work closely with developers to ensure site performance, accessibility, and conversion optimization (CRO).

Analytics & Reporting

Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or GA4 to analyze performance and extract insights.

Present regular reports to leadership, outlining performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.

Innovation & Trends

Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Evaluate and implement new tools, automation systems, and AI-driven marketing solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

2+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing.

Proven experience managing large-scale digital campaigns and cross-channel marketing efforts.

Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO tools).

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
