Digital Marketing Manager – E-Commerce & Omnichannel Growth

About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for e-commerce acceleration and omnichannel strategy to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you’ll lead the digital growth agenda across multiple online platforms — driving performance, optimizing customer journeys, and delivering measurable results across paid, owned, and earned channels.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, tech, sales, and analytics) to execute high-impact campaigns that strengthen brand presence and boost online conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-led digital marketing strategies focused on e-commerce growth and omnichannel performance.
  • Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals, encompassing SEO, SEM (PPC), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, email, SEO, and marketplaces.
  • Plan, implement, and measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics (ROI, KPIs, website traffic, conversion rates) to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
  • Optimize customer acquisition, retention, and conversion through continuous A/B testing and funnel analysis.
  • Track and report key KPIs (traffic, CAC, ROAS, CLV, etc.) using tools such as GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Shopify analytics.
  • Stay ahead of trends in digital commerce, automation, and omnichannel integration.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on e-commerce acceleration and performance campaigns.
  • Proven experience in managing omnichannel strategies (online + retail).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics 4, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Base Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED19,000.00 per month
