Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and own Linq’s digital marketing efforts. If you're someone who loves driving results through smart ad campaigns and scroll-stopping content, we'd love to talk. You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising across platforms, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience, and working directly with our CEO and creative team to drive Linq's growth.
What You’ll Do
- Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Launch and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, X, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets to improve ROI
- Utilize Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Amplitude (or another analytics software) to pinpoint which ads generate genuine leads and revenue
- Provide detailed performance insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Content Creation & Copywriting
- Write and edit ad copy, video scripts, and campaign messaging that align with Linq's brand voice.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and translate them into engaging content.
- Collaborate across the team to ensure brand consistency in ads, landing pages, and social media.
- Keep ad libraries, creative calendars, and performance dashboards up to date.
- Strategy & Growth
- Work closely with CEO to align marketing efforts with business goals and growth targets.
- Support SEO efforts through keyword research, on-page optimization, and content coordination.
- Stay current on trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and web performance.
- Move fast, experiment often, and bring a performance-driven mindset to everything you touch.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns and creating content.
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance across multiple platforms.
- Experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with familiarity using Google Analytics.
- Working understanding of SEO and web performance metrics.
- Comfort with marketing tools like Amplitude or similar analytics dashboards.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Hungry to learn, experiment, and make an impact in a startup environment.
