RSM is growing and hiring a Digital Marketing Manager.
Core Competencies
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting online brand awareness to generate leads for RSM schools. They will be responsible for the promotion of RSM’s online brand presence by developing and implementing data-driven content strategies and website analytics strategies across online platforms. The Digital Marketing Manager will maintain RSM website functionality and lead capture forms by regularly monitoring the RSM website, troubleshooting technical issues and updating content management systems.
- This role will create content for search engines (SEO) to improve search engine rankings and digital visibility by working with RSM developers to design and implement capture forms and ensure lead capture forms comply with data protection regulations. They will lead the work of digital marketing specialists and collaborate with other departments to coordinate marketing efforts. They will supervise two Marketing Specialists in these and related responsibilities, such as overseeing daily tasks in content creation, SEO, social media and all digital related tasks, ensuring all activities align with RSM’s digital marketing strategy, assigning tasks to team members, managing project timelines and deadlines, serving as the main point of communication between the digital marketing team and the director and VP of Marketing at RSM, and overseeing relationships with external agencies, freelancers, or consultants when specialized support is required.Specific duties include: coordinate brand awareness and coming soon campaigns on Google, Facebook;
create and implement email marketing strategy to ensure lead nurturing;
- review budget reports on the paid digital media efforts and present them to the stakeholders; maintain RSM website functionality and lead capture forms;
- create content for search engines (SEO) to improve search engine rankings and digital visibility; coordinate RSM’s national presence on social media platforms;
- ensure the brand is consistent across the accounts;
- develop and implement content strategies for RSM’s online platforms, including the website, blogs, social media, and email newsletters;
- lead the work of digital marketing specialists and collaborate with other departments to coordinate marketing efforts; provide digital support to principals and their local teams, including training, website analytics and data-driven strategies to boost the local digital marketing efforts;
and monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to management on campaign effectiveness, cost per lead, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field
- Proven expertise in AdWords, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
- One year of experience using marketing automation tools, including setting up workflows, managing contact/company properties, building emails/forms/etc.
- One year year of content marketing experience, including strategic planning, keyword research, and lead nurturing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at influencing within a matrixed organization.
- Proven stakeholder management, project management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, familiarity with collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Asana, Mural, Figma, etc.
