Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and execution. You will manage a team of up to 10 members, oversee multi-channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, content, and email marketing), and ensure strong ROI and performance across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team across all digital channels: PPC, SEO, social media, content, and email.
• Monitor and optimize campaign KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, etc.).
• Use analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to track performance.
• Collaborate with design, content, product, and sales teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of overall digital marketing experience.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• At least 1 year of experience as a team lead or manager.
• Strong leadership and execution skills in campaign management.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
