Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s brand, products, and services across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels — SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC campaigns to achieve high ROI.
- Oversee the company’s website performance and collaborate with developers/designers to improve user experience and conversions.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and coordinate with the content team for keyword optimization.
- Manage and grow social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Lead and mentor junior digital marketing executives or interns.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must have proven experience (minimum 4 years) in digital marketing management.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Analytics tools.
- Experience with email marketing, automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.), and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
