Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Campaigns & Lead Generation

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage budgets, A/B testing, and conversion tracking for lead generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead flow and monitor campaign ROI.

2. Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement monthly social media calendars (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create engaging posts, reels, and stories showcasing projects, testimonials, and property features.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and engagement metrics to grow organic reach and brand visibility.

3. Content & Branding

  • Write or supervise high-quality content for websites, blogs, listings, and digital ads.
  • Coordinate with photographers, and videographers to produce compelling project visuals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

4. Website & SEO Management

  • Oversee website updates, landing pages, and property microsites.
  • Implement SEO best practices — keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategy.
  • Track website performance via Google Analytics, Shopify, and other tools.

5. Email & WhatsApp Marketing

  • Develop and manage drip campaigns, newsletters, and property announcements.
  • Segment audiences to deliver personalized communication for buyers and investors.

6. Market Research & Analytics

  • Analyze digital marketing performance using analytics dashboards and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Study competitor activities and market trends to refine strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
