Social Media Manager

About Us:

We are a premium café brand known for our elegant atmosphere, artisanal coffee, and exceptional service. We’re looking for a Social Media & Website Manager who can translate our café’s refined identity into a strong and consistent digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Oversee website updates — ensure menus, visuals, and campaigns reflect the latest offerings.
• Craft creative, brand-aligned content plans and marketing calendars.
• Track engagement, analyze insights, and implement strategies to boost reach and conversions.
• Collaborate with management and designers to maintain a cohesive brand voice.
• Handle inquiries and engagement across all platforms with warmth and professionalism.
• Shoot and edit photos/videos of our café, menu, events, and customers.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in managing social media or digital marketing (hospitality or F&B background preferred).
• Deep understanding of social media best practices and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
• Strong storytelling sense — able to express a brand’s lifestyle and tone visually and verbally.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines gracefully.
• Familiarity with website content management (WordPress or similar CMS).
• Knowledge of ad campaign optimization, performance tracking, and digital growth strategies.
• Experience in luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing.
