Royal Gorge Bridge & Park is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own our day-to-day social presence, produce thumb-stopping content, and drive attendance through smart, data-informed campaigns. Youll manage content and production across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, build and optimize digital ad strategies and creative, draft promotional emails and blog posts, and occasionally assist with event preparation. What Youll Do

Social Media (Primary)
-
Plan and publish daily/weekly content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok; maintain a channel calendar.

Produce and edit short-form video (Reels/Shorts/TikTok) and capture on-site content at the Park.

Monitor comments/DMs, escalate guest service issues, and report weekly performance.

Digital Advertising

Develop and execute paid strategies (Meta, Google/YouTube; programmatic as needed).

Build assets (static, video, motion), audiences, and landing experiences; track to goals (visits, revenue, email growth).

Email & Blog

Draft and deploy promotional emails (segmenting where relevant); maintain one monthly blog post aligned to seasonal stories and SEO basics.

Event Support

Assist with pre-event asset needs (signage copy, social toolkits, short videos), occasional onsite content capture during events.
What You Bring
-
24+ years in digital marketing/social content (in attractions, tourism, hospitality, or entertainment a plus).

Portfolio or links showing short-form video and campaign creative youve produced.

Hands-on experience with:

Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/YouTube, basic reporting, and an email platform (e.g., Mailchimp/ESP).

Photo/video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Adobe Express or similar).

Strong writing skills for social, email subject lines, and short blog posts.

A metrics mindset: you know how to set goals and improve CPA/ROAS without sacrificing brand voice.

Ability to work select evenings/weekends for content capture or key events (with notice).

Will need to pass a background screen

Have a drivers license in good standing and the ability to drive a company vehicle
Nice to Have

4 year degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, etc.)

Basic SEO and UTM tagging; comfort building simple landing pages or Link-in-Bio hubs.
