Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our company’s digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all digital channels, driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and ensuring measurable ROI across multiple campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, creativity, and leadership capabilities to manage both internal teams and external campaigns effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand vision.
- SEO & SEM Management: Oversee all search engine optimization and marketing activities, including keyword research, content optimization, and paid search campaigns.
- Paid Advertising: Plan and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to drive leads and conversions.
- Social Media Management: Build and maintain the company’s online presence across major social platforms, create content calendars, and engage audiences to enhance brand visibility.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop engaging, SEO-optimized content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and campaigns.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Design and execute targeted email campaigns and lead-nurturing workflows using CRM or marketing automation tools.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console to provide data-driven insights.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring timely project delivery, performance monitoring, and professional development.
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with clients and internal departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Market Research: Stay updated with emerging digital trends, competitors’ strategies, and industry best practices to continuously improve performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on expertise in running all types of paid campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic ad platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred)
- Experience in SaaS, IT services, or software industry
- Familiarity with CRM and lead tracking systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
