Key Responsibilities:1. Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and YouTube campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics — CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Manage ad budgets and ensure effective spend allocation across channels.

2. Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Develop and execute engaging content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Oversee organic growth, community management, and engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with creative & design teams for visuals, videos, and reels.

3. Influencer & Brand Collaborations

  • Identify and onboard YouTubers, tech reviewers, and influencers aligned with our target audience.
  • Negotiate deals, manage product seeding, collaborations, and measure performance via engagement & reach.
  • Build long-term relationships with creators and digital partners.

4. SEO & Website Optimization

  • Coordinate with SEO team or agency to enhance organic visibility and keyword rankings.
  • Ensure landing pages and product pages are optimized for performance and conversions.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign data using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Dashboard, and other tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve ROI and brand reach.

6. Brand & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and offers across digital channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency and tone of communication across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay updated with latest digital trends, tools, and platform updates.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing / performance marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, Google Analytics, and influencer campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of ROAS optimization, audience targeting, remarketing, and funnel strategy.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Shopify / WooCommerce / WordPress-based ad tracking preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
