Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts for promoting college-level academic programs and recruiting students. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversions across multiple platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and analytics to optimize campaign performance and achieve measurable results. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital channels. This in-person full-time position is based in Duluth, GA with possibility of some remote work.

Duties

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and content marketing.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to optimize website content for search engines, improving organic rankings and visibility.
  • Manage content creation and editing for websites, blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters using WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and other content management systems.
  • Experience with developing graphic designs, images, and editing videos.
  • Oversee website performance using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEM tools, and analytics platforms to monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights.
  • Execute conversion optimization strategies to improve landing pages, user experience (UX), and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms to streamline campaigns and nurture leads through targeted messaging.
  • Coordinate social media management efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to engage audiences and grow followers.
  • Design graphic elements for digital campaigns using Adobe Photoshop or other graphic design tools to enhance visual appeal.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to maximize ROI while continuously refining strategies based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on B2B marketing initiatives and e-commerce projects to align messaging with business objectives.
  • Support school's administration in recruiting students at in-person and online events.
  • Promote academic programs at community events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, SEM, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in content management systems such as WordPress along with HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for website updates.
  • Skilled in content creation including copywriting for blogs, ads, emails, and social media posts.
  • Strong graphic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages is a plus for advanced analytics tasks.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and performance marketing strategies is desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative professional passionate about leveraging digital channels to drive business growth through innovative strategies and data-driven decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
