Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Digital Strategy
- Build and execute B2B lead generation plans across SEO, LinkedIn, social media, and paid ads.
- Design the marketing funnel from awareness to nurturing.
- Recommend quick wins and long-term scalable strategies with measurable KPIs.
2. Brand Positioning & Visibility
- Audit current brand presence and positioning.
- Develop strategies to enhance visibility in the training and coaching industry.
- Create content and campaigns that establish thought leadership and credibility.
3. Video & Content Marketing
- Plan and manage brand shoots — leadership messages, client stories, service showcases, and culture videos.
- Define tone, theme, and style aligned with Kaizen’s premium, authentic brand.
- Oversee production, budgeting, and distribution across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and website.
4. Marketing Agency & Vendor Management
- Manage existing digital, creative, and video partners.
- Set clear SLAs, track performance, and ensure consistency in brand communication.
- Manage contracts, budgets, and ROI-driven execution.
- Maintain a marketing calendar and performance dashboard.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.
- 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience in training, consulting, or professional services.
- Proven skills in lead generation, content marketing, and agency management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
