We are seeking a creative and data-driven Sr. Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, generating leads, and enhancing our brand presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Marketing
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content and handle daily posting, story updates, and ad campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics and campaign performance.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve Google rankings.
- Track website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Ensure on-page and off-page optimization for maximum visibility.
3. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Google Ads
- Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, and display campaigns.
- Manage budgets and analyze ROI to ensure optimal performance.
4. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Design and execute targeted email and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Manage contact databases and track campaign performance.
5. Website & Landing Page Management
- Coordinate with designers and developers to maintain the company website.
- Ensure content is SEO-optimized, user-friendly, and aligned with branding.
6. Content Creation & Branding
- Collaborate with the design team for creatives, videos, and promotional content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
7. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or basic design tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.) preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
