As our presence grows in Southern California, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead core marketing strategy, oversee paid advertising, drive user acquisition, and strengthen our brand across U.S. and international markets.
Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will take ownership of SoarKidz’s digital marketing strategy, execution, and performance. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, creative, and highly organized, with strong experience in paid media, content strategy, funnel optimization, and analytics.
You will work closely with leadership to drive enrollment growth, build brand trust among Korean-American parent communities, and scale SoarKidz’s marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Advertising & Growth Campaigns
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- YouTube, TikTok Ads
- Naver/Kakao (when relevant for Korean-speaking audiences)
- Monitor CPAs, ROAS, CTR, and CAC to maximize ROI.
- Develop data-driven A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
2. Digital Strategy & Funnel Management
- Build full-funnel strategies for lead generation → conversion → retention.
- Optimize landing pages (UX, copy, layout) to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate CRM sequences and nurture flows (email/SMS).
3. Content Marketing & Social Media Leadership
- Oversee content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and parent communities.
- Manage production of short-form video assets for marketing & brand storytelling.
- Review and refine marketing copy for campaigns, landing pages, newsletters, and ads.
4. SEO & Website Optimization
- Lead keyword strategy, on-page SEO, and content ranking improvements.
- Oversee website updates and performance tracking (Webflow, Wix, or other CMS).
- Implement continuous SEO improvements based on analytics insights.
5. Analytics, Reporting & Market Insights
- Set up dashboards and KPI tracking for:
- Lead volume
- Conversion funnel metrics
- Ad performance
- User behavior (GA4, heatmaps, etc.)
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and actions.
- Analyze Korean-American and global parent markets to identify growth opportunities.
6. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with:
- Curriculum & academic teams (for messaging alignment)
- Admissions & onboarding teams (for lead quality + conversion tracking)
- Executive leadership (for quarterly strategies and roadmaps)
- Manage vendors, freelancers, or junior marketing staff as needed.
7. Local Operations Support (Light, If Needed)
- Coordinate Irvine/Fullerton workspace
- Support small in-person marketing activities or events (optional)
RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
- Strong proficiency in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Funnel and A/B testing tools
- Demonstrated success improving CPA, CTR, and conversion metrics
- Strong copywriting and marketing communication skills
- Short-form video editing and creative direction
- Ability to create marketing dashboards and interpret data
- Highly organized and can manage multiple campaigns independently
- Bilingual in Korean and English (work proficiency)
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech, tutoring, or parent-focused consumer markets
- Familiarity with:
- Webflow / Wix
- Marketing automation (MailChimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo)
- YouTube/TikTok growth strategies
- Background working with Korean-American communities
- Experience managing freelancers or junior marketers
Compensation
$32–$36 per hour
or
$65,000–$75,000 annual equivalent (DOE)
Final compensation is based on:
- Experience level
- Digital marketing certifications
- Ability to independently manage campaigns
- Knowledge of Korean-American education markets
- Video editing or advanced analytics capabilities
