<Duties>
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including SEO, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media, email marketing, and content marketing to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conduct keyword research using advanced SEO tools to identify high-impact opportunities and optimize website content for search engines.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other social media platforms to maximize ROI.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Create engaging content tailored for diverse digital platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and landing pages using copywriting skills and graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop.
- Maintain and update websites using WordPress or other content management systems (CMS), ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques by analyzing user journeys and A/B testing landing pages to improve lead generation and sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Stay current with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO algorithms, social media innovations, and emerging technologies such as JavaScript or SQL that can enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Automate marketing workflows using marketing automation tools to streamline processes like email campaigns and lead nurturing sequences.
- Manage social media accounts through social media management tools to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings, enhancing user experience on online stores, and implementing performance marketing strategies.
<Experience>
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO strategies, SEM campaigns (Google Ads/Google AdWords), social media advertising (Facebook Advertising), and content creation.
- Hands-on proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data using Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other analytics platforms to inform decision-making.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels with a focus on conversion optimization and ROI maximization.
- Skilled in website management using WordPress or similar CMS platforms; familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus for customizing web pages.
- Strong copywriting skills coupled with graphic design capabilities to produce engaging content that drives engagement.
- Knowledge of marketing automation systems for email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
