Job Description

WADIC is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of all marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening WADIC’s brand, attracting high-quality clients, and driving overall business growth. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, and brand development.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to position WADIC as a top web development company.
  • Oversee all marketing functions, including digital marketing, branding, content strategy, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine ongoing strategies.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track and optimize marketing effectiveness.

Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to boost search visibility and digital presence.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting platforms.
  • Optimize website content, structure, and UX for improved search performance.
  • Utilize analytics, heatmaps, and CRO strategies to improve website conversions.

Content & Social Media Marketing

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social posts.
  • Plan and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and adjust strategies as needed.

Email Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Design and manage email campaigns for lead nurturing, engagement, and retention.
  • Build automated email workflows using HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
  • Improve lead funnels and conversion tactics through A/B testing.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver qualified B2B leads.

Brand Management & PR

  • Maintain and elevate WADIC’s brand identity across all digital and offline channels.
  • Manage PR efforts, press releases, and media relations.
  • Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities to boost brand visibility.
  • Organize webinars, virtual events, and conferences to establish thought leadership.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Implement and optimize marketing automation tools to improve efficiency.
  • Utilize CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho to manage and nurture leads.
  • Deploy chatbots and AI-powered marketing tools to enhance customer interaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a tech or web development environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Strong analytical abilities to measure KPIs and optimize performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of web development and industry trends is a plus.
