Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee digital strategy, lead generation, and campaign performance for real estate projects. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of UAE property marketing and a proven track record in performance-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Drive high-quality real estate lead generation and optimize CPL/ROI.
• Manage content, social media calendars, and creative development.
• Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with CRM, sales teams, developers, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• 1–6 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in UAE real estate.
• Strong skills in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and CRM tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project-management abilities.
