Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership and autonomy for the assigned domain (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Pharmacy, Biotech, Computer Science, Management, etc.)—overseeing end-to-end operations, growth, and marketing.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute workshops, training programs, webinars, innovative projects, internships, and academic or skill-based events relevant to the specific domain.
  • Build, expand, and manage the network of mentors, faculty, industry experts, institutional partners, and learners (students/professionals) in the domain.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (including SEO, social media, email marketing, Google/social ads, content planning, and automation).
  • Ensure regular promotion of the website, domain-specific courses, programs, and workshops at national and international levels.
  • Create and manage robust social media profiles and engage actively with relevant communities to foster brand value and engagement.
  • Drive lead generation, enrollments, sales, and brand presence for the domain, meeting and exceeding set goals.
  • Proactively analyze and report on marketing performance, event/lead metrics, social media impact, and website analytics.
  • Research competing institutes and domain programs globally and adopt/improve operational strategies accordingly.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree (or equivalent experience) in the relevant domain area.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or in organizing education/training initiatives.
  • Strong skills in team management, project coordination, networking, and client/mentor relationship building.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus), and familiarity with IT tools and workflow automation.
  • Capability and willingness to work in a global (international) environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
