Position Summary
Dornier MedTech Americas is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital evolution of our commercial organization. This role will drive Dornier’s digital transformation strategy—integrating data, automation, and content across our marketing ecosystem to create measurable growth and meaningful engagement.
The Digital Marketing Manager will implement and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leveraging automation, analytics, and AI to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and IT, this individual will help operationalize Dornier’s Unified, Intelligent Growth Engine, ensuring every digital touchpoint contributes to business success and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Automation
- Manage and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Einstein AI, to enable predictive and personalized engagement.
- Design and execute automated marketing journeys for lead nurturing, account engagement, and customer retention.
- Develop Einstein dashboards and reports to measure campaign performance, lead scoring, and conversion metrics.
AI-Driven Optimization
- Implement AI-powered tools for send-time optimization, content personalization, and adaptive marketing workflows.
- Collaborate with Sales and CRM teams to deliver actionable AI insights and unified dashboards.
- Drive innovation through automation and data-driven experimentation.
SEO & AI Discoverability
- Lead Dornier’s SEO and “AI discoverability” strategy to ensure visibility across both traditional search and emerging AI search platforms.
- Oversee schema markup (FAQ, Product, HowTo) and high-value content development to strengthen Dornier’s digital authority.
- Manage content syndication across professional channels and MedTech networks to expand brand reach and credibility.
- Monitor AI search trends and Dornier’s inclusion within AI-generated responses.
Data & Performance Management
Partner with CRM/Data Analysts to maintain data hygiene and pipeline accuracy (MQL SQL Opportunity
- Win).
- Track and analyze KPIs across GA4, Einstein Analytics, and Search Console to drive ROI.
- Lead monthly reviews of campaign and data performance to identify optimization opportunities.
Enablement & Collaboration
- Provide training and support for marketing and sales teams on CRM dashboards, analytics, and digital best practices.
- Partner with the Marketing Director to align digital initiatives with strategic marketing goals and revenue objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrated success in automation, analytics, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong understanding of SEO strategy, schema implementation, and content development.
- Familiarity with AI tools and analytics platforms (Einstein AI, GA4, ChatGPT optimization, Search Console).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns and automation workflows.
- Knowledge of emerging AI and search technologies.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategy and performance outcomes.
