About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy, performance marketing, and online growth initiatives. This role is responsible for building, executing, and optimizing campaigns across all digital channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, and experienced in managing multi-channel digital programs.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing online campaigns across channels like SEO, social media, and email, and analyzing performance to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all major channels (paid social, search, email, display, affiliate, and organic).

Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and others to meet ROAS and CPA targets.

Manage content strategy including campaign messaging, creative briefs, and coordination with design, social, and content teams.

Oversee website performance, ensuring SEO best practices, landing page optimization, and strong conversion rates.

Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards, attribution tools) and produce regular reports with actionable insights.

Monitor digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, creative, and e-commerce to support broader business goals.

Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently across channels, ensuring maximum ROI.

Lead A/B testing across ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and messaging.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Work with agencies and external partners when needed to scale campaigns.

Identify customer insights and use data to refine targeting, segmentation, and personalization strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, data dashboards, CRM systems, and attribution tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and CRO best practices.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Creative thinker with strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in beauty, e-commerce, CPG, or retail industries.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with influencers or affiliate partners.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) or ability to brief creative teams.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
