About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager who can lead digital strategy, manage team performance, and drive business growth through online marketing channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO, SMM, PPC, Content Marketing, Analytics, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies
• Lead and manage the digital marketing team across multiple functions
• Enhance online presence and brand visibility across channels
• Manage SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns
• Handle end-to-end campaign performance: planning → execution → reporting
• Develop high-quality content strategies aligned with brand objectives
• Analyze web traffic metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
• Create monthly performance reports with insights and improvement plans
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective ROI/ROAS
• Collaborate with design, content, and business development teams for lead generation
• Stay updated with latest digital trends and tools

Required Skills

• Strong experience in:
• SEO (On-page/Off-page, Technical SEO)
• Social Media Marketing across platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• PPC / Google Ads / Meta Ads
• Content Strategy & Marketing
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools:
• SEMrush, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Canva, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills with client handling experience
• Ability to lead and mentor a performance-driven team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
