We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, optimizing brand presence, driving online traffic, and improving conversions across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
- Drive SEO/SEM initiatives to improve ranking, traffic, and lead quality
- Plan and execute email marketing, automation workflows, and remarketing campaigns
- Monitor website performance, landing pages, and user experience to increase conversions
- Lead social media strategy, content planning, and community engagement
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing management
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing automation tools
- Expertise in running paid campaigns on Google and social media platforms
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and project management skills
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
