Description:
Intentsify needs a Digital Marketing Manager who lives and breathes B2B marketing. If you've got 3-5 years of experience and are ready to take full ownership of our digital marketing engine, from paid channels to SEO, we want to talk. As a core member of the Intentsify marketing team, you'll not only execute our strategy but also be a power user of our own platform, helping us test and perfect the next big thing we bring to market.
Responsibilities:

Paid Media & Digital Strategy:
Develop and manage all paid advertising campaigns across
LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, Reddit
, and programmatic display. You will own the budget, optimize campaigns, and prove ROI with data-driven insights.

Website & SEO:
Be the expert on our website and search engine optimization. You'll execute strategies to improve organic rankings, drive traffic, and manage all aspects of the site.

Database Marketing:
You’ll be responsible for crafting the email marketing calendar and advising the organic social calendar.

Marketing Tools & Data:
Use your expertise with tools like
SEMrush
and
HubSpot
to analyze performance, manage campaigns, and prove the impact of your initiatives. You'll also be familiar with
intent data tools
and leverage them to inform your strategy.

Product Ownership & Feedback:
As a member of the Intentsify marketing team, you'll be a
power user
of the Intentsify platform. You will play a major role in testing new products and features, clearly communicating their impact and providing strategic direction on how to improve our offerings.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the content, sales, and product teams to ensure all digital efforts align with business goals and support lead generation.
Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a strong preference for candidates from the technology sector.

Proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.

Deep expertise in SEO and website management.

Proficient with
HubSpot
and skilled in using tools like
SEMrush
.

Familiarity with intent data tools; experience with
Userled
is a bonus.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate the impact and ROI of digital programs.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ideally, you’re located in the Greater Boston area so you can be at Intentsify HQ in Westwood, MA, 2-3 days per week with the marketing team.
